Jose Ignacio Plaza has been in the Real Estate business since 2006, specialized in the Central Florida area in the United States of America. He also covers International sales, especially in Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica.
 

He graduated from Loyola College with 14 years of Military Service as an Officer, with a degree in Military Logistics & Supply specialization. His last assignments were at Naval Education Command in Venezuela (2004) and USMC Logistics Operations School, Camp LeJeune USMC Military Base, Jacksonville, NC USA. Ignacio is a former local business owner, Merchandising & Logistics Manager. 

 

He has an extended knowledge and experience on the business acquisition process for immigration purposes for foreign investors. International Real Estate Trainer at several real estate firms, reinforcing educational program in Investments and International Sales for International Agents. Ignacio is a former Committee Member of the International Alliance Council of the Osceola Association of Realtors in Florida, USA.

 

He graduated from Diplomado de Gerencia Inmobiliaria (Real Estate Management Diploma) at prestigious University Pontificia Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia and is the former head of the International Real Estate Sales Division for SR Inmobiliario in Medellin, Colombia and Realtor holding license in the State of Florida, USA since 2007. He became the first USA based and licensed Realtor certified as member of Tu360 Inmobiliario in partnership with Pulppo, the realestate platform of Bancolombia Group, Colombia. Current founder and CEO of Real Estate Expo Inmobiliaria (RExpo Inmobiliaria) at Medellin, Colombia the One Stop Real Estate Shop for International investment, being an ally of renamed developers  Marjalizo (Panama), Trazos Urbanos (Colombia).
